The showers, laundry and landscape are kept immaculate by the team of very friendly helpful staff. The surrounding area gives access to long walks in open countryside which is great for the dogs and me. Chris and Jane manage the site and having visited several other sites they are clearly doing a great job as everyone is friendly and the site feels very safe and comfortable. Definitely recommend a visit. ”

I was very impressed with the facilities and the warm welcome from the Marina Manager, Chris as well as being seduced by the beautiful landscaped surroundings which are immaculately kept. The pontoons are fixed, not floating, so less chance of falling in. The main building houses a lounge with comfortable seating, a small shop, toilets and showers, laundry and Elsan. It has great security with electric gates, is very peaceful and quiet and a short walk from the historic town. The people who are involved in the daily running of this Marina are fantastic and very helpful, along with the other berth holders who are very welcoming and friendly too.”

“Having met Jane and Chris, the management team at Bosworth Marina ten years ago when we first brought our boat we have twice since experienced the great friendly service that they provide. It was a no brainer when we needed to come into a marina as I was due to have an operation that would leave me bed ridden for a couple of months and all the boat work would be left to my good lady wife Terena. They did not disappoint, nothing was too much trouble. Coal and Gas was all brought onboard for us and all the help Terena needed was freely offered not just by the management team but by many friendly boaters who use this lovely marina. Having originally come into the marina for my recuperation period, we have been so impressed by the facilities, staff and local area 'Carpe Diem' now has a new home.

“I got into the marina with a lot of praying just after 9am as my belt was hanging on by a thread. The lovely marina staff found an equally lovely boater to take my belt to Hinckley to source a new one. While he was doing that I got dieseled up and was given a mooring for a day. I then got two loads of washing going in their spotless laundry by the time my hero returned with the right size belt (it cost half the price my wrong size one did!) I then went to fit it but couldn't quite get it to fit so another boater immediately came over and did it for me! All fixed and working I then spent the rest of the day watering up and getting rid of rubbish.
Oh and the 24 hour mooring with unlimited electric cost just £12. So I have the luxury of this warm and welcoming marina tonight and back on the cut in the morning.”

“We were delighted to discover a marina was being developed at Market Bosworth as this had been one of our favourite destinations on the Ashby canal.
The marina boasts many features that are desirable for boaters in the modern age. There is plenty of parking close to the pontoons, the pontoons are full length up to seventy feet long and each has electricity and water provided. The marina boasts many features that are desirable for boaters in the modern age. There is plenty of parking close to the pontoons, the pontoons are full length up to seventy feet long and each has electricity and water provided.
